A rustic industrial space, a novel setting for an Award Winning Italian Restaurant in Bangkok. Known to locals who enjoy Southern Italian home-cooking cuisine has made this Medici Kitchen & Bar a three-year consecutive winner of The Best Italian Restaurant in Bangkok by Thailand Tatler Magazine.
Evoking a 19th Century dark and opulent feel warmed by exotic, homely woods, Medici Kitchen and Bar is the heart of Muse. Continuing the hotel’s main theme of discovery via a series of archways, this Italian Restaurant in Bangkok eschews modernity in favour of an analogue human touch. The overall concept was to create a vast wine cellar; oak floor is left unsealed to breath, emphasising the fresh and raw properties of authentic Tuscan food ingredients. The open kitchen connects guests with the source of culinary imagination, amidst brick, rod iron, wooden casks, a barbeque spit, silk lanterns and the artistic splendour of its private dining areas.
The restaurant, one of Bangkok’s most revered Italian eateries, was inspired by the transition of European luxury and culture to King Rama V era in Thailand – the marriage of sophisticated elegance and homely charm.
“An Italian Restaurant in Bangkok commanded by genuine Italian Spirit and Values”
Medici Kitchen & Bar also offers private dining rooms which are accepted to be one of the most widely appreciated named ‘Caterina’ and ‘Lorenzo,’ which offer a strong sense in Italy, with the open kitchen attracting guests to enjoy the occasion and a uniquely private atmosphere. The wine lists are imported from Italy as well as selections from France and Chile.
For those who love live and innovate performances, Medici Kitchen & Bar also hosts regular events, with international and local star performers.
Medici Kitchen and Bar is undeniably one of the Best Italian Restaurants in Bangkok, winner of The Best Italian Restaurant in Bangkok by Thailand Tatler Magazine amongst one of it’s many accolades.
