Medici Kitchen & Bar’s menu shines the spotlight on authentic Italian recipes, we are incredibly thankful for chef Giuliano Berta’s unique creations at Medici Kitchen & Bar. Every dish has a story to tell, and you savour every bite to learn the details.

Our latest creation at Medici Kitchen & Bar’s spring special exclusively from 6th March to 25th April, the layers seared flavor, Fettuccini in Parmesan Wheel is the side table creamy fettuccini pasta tossed in parmesan cheese wheel. Order extra truffle to further elevate this creamy fettuccini heaven, it’ll be your ticket to Italy.

The gastronomic journey continued Cappellacci al tartufo is the stunning home-made ravioli with ricotta and porcini brown butter sauce, along with chicken jus and ending with shaved truffle tantalisingly. Then Trout is a palatable pan-fried pink trout fillet with fennel salad, composed of flavours and aromas with orange segment, mint leaves and mashed potatoes.

Also the highlight Wagyu Flank, the grilled wagyu flank steak and texturing yet crisping with roasted root vegetables, asparagus and gremolata sauce, every bite are elevated with another layer of flavour. Or Fiorentina T-bone, the irresistible 1kg grilled Australian Black Angus T-bone steak (sirloin and tenderloin on the rib) served with rocket salad, jewelled with cherry tomato and parmesan cheese delectably. Ending with the sweet treats Mimosa is the succulent sponge cake, pineapple, and served with Chantilly cream and flavouring with caramel.
